When John saw me at the VIP photo shoot area he greeted me with a big hug, then he held my hand and

said: "Let me introduce you to Olivia", he told her that I was his number one fan and that I changed my name, she was lovely and we had our photo taken together, then John held my hand again and he said: "Let me introduce you to the guys" (Barry, Michael and Kelly), he took me over to them and told them about me being

his number one fan and changing my name, they all hugged me and we had our photo taken together too.

 

Then I went to my seat ready for the show to begin, I was so surprised and very happy that John's daughter Ella sat next to me at the show, when she saw me she said: "Hi Sharon, it's Ella", then she introduced me to

all of her friends, I am so honoured.

 

After the film there was a Q & A with Randal, John, Olivia, Barry, Michael and Kelly, the T-Birds read out questions from the audience, Randal said: "John, you've had so many fans, the movie has had so many fans

over the years, I think there's maybe a special fan somewhere in the audience," John said: "Oh my goodness, okay, so I appreciate each and every one of you as devoted fans of mine and I love you deeply for it, but there's one person in the audeience that fell in love with me 42 years ago and then 38 years ago changed her name to Sharon Travolta, YES! And she flew in from London and she's in the audience, Sharon where are you?

Stand up! where are you honey?" I stood up and he said:"Yeah, there you are! Anyway thank you for being hopelessly devoted to me for all these years".

 

After the show, I was invited back stage with John and his entourage, I had more photos taken with John,

Ella and Olivia, and Ella and her friends were talking to me.

 

I gave John his Christmas present (a book about my life with him and his family), I asked him if he would open it, I recorded a video of his reaction, he said: "This is awesome, well, I'm going to take my time to go through all this properly, right Sharon", he loved it!
